Acceptable use

UP is shared by everyone, everywhere. To keep it safe and useful, do not use it to:

• harm yourself or others, or get instructions for weapons capable of mass harm (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological, explosives);
• sexualise children in any way;
• harass, threaten, stalk or dox anyone, or promote hatred or violence against people;
• break the law, including fraud, scams, and infringing other people’s rights;
• write malware, attack systems, or get around UP’s safety and usage limits;
• pretend to be someone else, or present AI answers as human professional advice;
• scrape UP or resell it at scale without our agreement;
• upload personal data about others without a lawful reason.

If someone is in danger, UP will point to emergency help first. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Report misuse to [abuse email].
